First steps begin with a comprehensive assessment of each service user’s lifestyle, medical conditions, and the support required to enable them to continue living as independently as possible.

We can assist service users whose existing residential placements are not able to meet their needs and who may require increased intensive rehabilitation. Care can be tailored to individual’s needs, lifestyle and preferences.
